This is a tool that collects player telemetry data, stores it,
And can be loaded in in editor to get visual data on player behaviour, and locate issues in the level.
This tool helped one of our designers create a heatmap system, which was used to identify problems in areas, common paths used by players, and helped our Level designers improve on the playing experience of the player.
I was solely responsible for creating this tool, for which I created an objects which could be placed in the level and would save player telemetry, Additionally, I created an Editor Utility Widget which could load in the data created and visually display the data.
The creation of this tool was a continous task, asking for feedback from designers on their wants and needs from this tool to maximise its effectiveness.
